Thanks to Mike Tyson, owner of Total Site Development in Exton, our construction project is now complete! The following work was performed by his crew:
1. New Riding Ring (190 x 65) : located in front of the barn. Old paddock was regraded, filled and topped with new screenings. This also doubles as a dry paddock.
2. Swale Added to Pony Paddock: A swale re-directs water flow to keep existing paddocks dry.
3. Road to Large Pasture: Regraded, filled with dirt and topped off with clean stone
4. New Manure Bin: Concrete structure replaces old wooden structure. New Stone added in front
5. Front Pasture: Regraded and filled with topsoil to promote better water flow and growth of grass. All gate areas re-graded and filled with dirt.
6. Old Riding Ring (200 x 100) : Re-graded and swales installed to promote drainage.
